Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in startup fundraising and venture capital transactions
• Conduct legal research on corporate and commercial law matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts

• Assist in general corporate advisory work
• Prepare legal documentation and case analyses as required
