Internship Description:
Lexansh & Co. is inviting applications for the position of Assessment Intern at its Noida office. This internship offers hands-on exposure across Litigation, Corporate Law, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), providing interns with the opportunity to work on live matters and gain practical experience in multiple practice areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in litigation matters, including legal research and drafting of pleadings, petitions, applications, replies, rejoinders, written submissions, and other court-related documents
• Support the Corporate Law team in drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, board resolutions, policies, and other corporate documentation
• Assist in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters, including trademark, copyright, and patent-related research, filings, documentation, and portfolio management
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis across litigation, corporate, and IPR matters
• Assist in due diligence exercises, document review, and regulatory compliance assignments
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external counsels for case management and transaction support
• Prepare legal notes, summaries, opinions, and presentations as required
• Perform legal and administrative tasks to gain exposure across multiple practice areas
Eligibility & Preference:
• Final-year LL.B. students are eligible to apply
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Excellent drafting and communication abilities
• Basic understanding of litigation procedures, corporate laws, and intellectual property laws
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases will be preferred
• Candidates with a keen interest in Litigation, Corporate Law, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) will be preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
