Vohra & Vohra is inviting applications for the position of Assessment Intern (IPR). This three-month internship is designed for aspiring legal professionals seeking to build a career in Intellectual Property Law through practical exposure to trademark prosecution, legal drafting, research, and case analysis. Outstanding interns will have the opportunity to learn under experienced IP practitioners in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting Notices of Opposition, Counter-Statements, Evidence in Support of Reply, Rectification applications, Notices, and Rejoinders
• Conducting comprehensive legal research on Intellectual Property matters using standard legal databases
• Assisting senior associates with case analysis, precedent review, and preparation of case summaries
• Drafting legal memos, briefs, opinions, and initial case documentation
• Supporting the team with legal research, drafting, and analytical assignments

Eligibility & Preference:
• Minimum 4 months of prior internship experience in Intellectual Property Law
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and a keen interest in Intellectual Property Rights
