The Indian National Bar Association (INBA) is incorporated as a non-profit, non-political, non- Governmental Association endeavoring to –
- Act as premier body representing the interest of Indian Legal Community & to strive to provide several economic & social benefits that should accrue to them;
- Reform the Indian Legal Systems leading to effective & quick justice for everyone;
- Reform the Indian Governmental bureaucratic rules & regulations (red-tape) and the Legal Systems, leading to nation’s economic and business growth;
INBA has global reach and membership. It is constituted by Leading Advocates, Attorneys, Eminent Judges, Multinational Corporate & Businesses, Law Firms, Legal Fraternity and Professionals, Senior Government Officials, Law Students and Professors, NGOs, Litigants, Law Publishers and Vendors, Groups, Associations, and Individuals who are interested to promoting the goals and objectives of the Association.

ABOUT THE YOUTH DAY SUMMIT
National Youth Day is celebrated on 12th January being the birthday of Swami Vivekananda. In 1984, the Government of India declared this day as a National day and it is celebrated since then. It is a belief of Indian government that the philosophy of Swamiji and the ideals for which he lived and worked could be a great source of inspiration for the Indian youth. The National Youth Day is observed all over India at schools and colleges with procession, speeches, seminars, competitions etc.
Indian National Bar Association amid the pandemic organized this day for students to motivate and guide them on the process to evolve in the online regime. The summit will witness Speakers and Guests from all professional arenas, Honorable judges, Legislators, Civil servants, Advocates, Psychologists, Medical counsellors etc.

The summit includes Call for Legal Articles (1000-1500 words) with Presentations for students to share their ideas and research on designated topics.

JUDICIAL SERVICES EXAM PREPARATION WORKSHOP
Judiciary is one of the most admirable careers in India among the law students. Indian National Bar Association is constantly working for the betterment of student community and as a part of this noble initiative we want to guide the Judicial service aspirants. The workshop will help the aspirants on gaining knowledge from experienced speakers on how to crack the Judiciary Exams. It will also help budding Judges of the country to solve their Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) from the learned panelists. The aim of the workshop is to assist students to channelize their preparations in the right direction.
It will also provide what exactly the picture is after cracking these exams and how you tackle to the problems after achieving the position.
The discussion where the panel will be giving their point of view of the topic “The practice of privileging seniority over merit”. The pragmatic viewpoint of the panelists can give a standing vision to the aspiring students.
CALL FOR LEGAL ARTICLES
INBA calls for Legal Articles(1000-1500 words) from students of law. The Summit shall include Legal Article presentations of the winning authors from the summit. Themes for the Legal Article –
Theme 1: Reforms in police laws
- Reformation in Governing Laws
- Functionality of Police
- Implementation of Laws
- People’s Perception of Police
Theme 2: Cyber crime and Covid-19
- Surge of Cyber Crimes during Covid-19
- Effects & Aftermaths
The above Sub-topics under the two themes above are suggestive in nature and authors are free to choose their own topics within the given Theme.
Selected articles shall be shall be presented before legal luminaries present during the Summit (Time limit: 5-10 minutes). The Legal Articles will also be published on the Website of INBA in the form of an E-Book. Certificate of Merit and Certificate of Participation to be provided depending on the results (e-certificates shall be provided).
