What You’ll Do:
• Source candidates across multiple channels
• Do a high volume of calling and candidate outreach
• Coordinate interviews and follow‑ups
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with a lot of calling and stakeholder interaction
• High ownership and willingness to learn
• Prior internship / recruitment exposure is a plus
