Key Responsibilities:
• Researching industries and analysing competitive landscapes
• Building targeted lists of strategic and financial buyers
• Connecting with and managing potential acquirers
• Assisting in front-end conversations with buyers on transactions
• Working on live M&A deals and transaction processes
Eligibility & Preference:
• Candidates from Finance, Economics, or Business backgrounds preferred
• Strong research and communication skills required
• Genuine interest in M&A, Private Equity, or Corporate Development preferred
