Ikaai India is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Research Trainees to join our team for a 6‑month on‑site opportunity. If you have a background in Public Policy, Development Studies, Economics, or related fields, and are passionate about research, monitoring & evaluation, and social impact, we would love to hear from you. Freshers are welcome!
Details:
• Role: Research Trainee
• Location: On‑site (India)
• Duration: 6 months
• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)
• Stipend: Not specified (paid internship expected; confirm with organisation)
Areas of Work:
• Research and monitoring & evaluation (M&E)
• Impact assessment and social impact analysis
• Public policy and development sector projects
Eligibility & Preference:
• Background in Public Policy, Development Studies, Economics, or related fields
• Passionate about research, M&E, and social impact
• Freshers encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of Power BI, SPSS, or Tableau will be an added advantage
