Vis Legis Law Practice is hiring a Proposal Strategy Specialist to manage and streamline its proposal-to-engagement process across practice areas.
This is a work-from-home role suited for candidates with strong commercial drafting and coordination skills.

Experience Required:
• 2–4 years in proposals / bid management
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting proposals, scope notes, and fee structures
• Customising proposals based on client and sector
• Coordinating with partners and internal teams
• Tracking proposals from drafting stage to closure
• Using AI tools to enhance efficiency and quality
Eligibility:
• Law / Commerce graduate
Skills Required:
• Strong writing and commercial drafting skills
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Experience in legal / consulting / advisory setups (preferred)
