Key Responsibilities:
• Draft patent specifications and related documentation
• File patent applications and manage prosecution proceedings
• Conduct legal and technical analysis relating to patent matters
• Advise clients on patent protection and intellectual property strategies
• Ensure compliance with applicable intellectual property laws and regulations
Eligibility & Preference:
• Registered Patent Agent
• Law Degree mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in patent drafting, filing, and prosecution
• Strong understanding of patent laws and intellectual property regulations
• Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills
