About the Opportunity:
Balaji Telefilms Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of Legal Professional (OTT & Digital Media). The role is ideal for experienced legal professionals seeking to work at the intersection of media, entertainment, content production, intellectual property, and digital platforms. The selected candidate will work closely with business, creative, production, and leadership teams across the OTT and digital content ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts relating to content, production, talent, licensing, and platform partnerships
• Provide legal support across content development, production, distribution, and rights management
• Advise internal teams on legal, contractual, regulatory, and compliance matters
• Support content partnerships, brand integrations, sponsorships, and commercial transactions
• Manage intellectual property rights, legal documentation, and contract repositories
• Monitor legal developments and identify potential business and compliance risks
Eligibility & Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Media & Entertainment Law
• Strong expertise in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Experience in content licensing, production agreements, and digital media transactions
• Sound understanding of intellectual property and rights management
• Ability to work with cross-functional business and creative teams
