A full-service litigation office is urgently inviting applications for two Legal Associate positions. The opportunity is suitable for young litigators looking to build their practice through hands-on exposure to court appearances, legal drafting, research, and litigation strategy.
Details:
• Role: Legal Associate
• Number of Vacancies: 2
• Location: Jangpura Extension, New Delhi
• Salary: As per industry standards and based on experience
Experience Requirements:
• Position 1: 0–1 Year PQE in Litigation
• Position 2: 1–2 Years PQE in Litigation
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and case law analysis
• Draft pleadings, applications, notices, and legal documents
• Assist in litigation strategy and case preparation
• Appear before courts and support court proceedings
• Communicate with clients and legal professionals as required
Eligibility & Preference:
• Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi
• Must have cleared the All India Bar Examination (AIBE)
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Good command of English
• Strong communication skills
• Prior court appearance experience preferred
