Advocate Harsh Gupta is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate. This opportunity is ideal for young litigators seeking hands-on exposure to civil, criminal, and corporate litigation while developing their courtroom, drafting, and legal research skills.
Details:
• Role: Legal Associate
• Vacancies: 1
• PQE: 1–2 Years
• Location: Bengali Market, Delhi
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Draft petitions, applications, replies, and legal submissions
• Appear before Tribunals, High Courts, and District Courts
• Assist in litigation strategy and case preparation
• Review statutes, precedents, and legal documents
• Support ongoing civil, criminal, and corporate litigation matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong legal research skills
• Sound knowledge and command over Bare Acts
• Prior experience appearing before Tribunals, High Courts, and District Courts
• Excellent drafting and analytical abilities
• Strong commitment towards litigation practice
