Advocate Apoorv Jani is inviting applications for the position of Associate Lawyer. The role offers extensive exposure to litigation practice, including legal research, drafting, and appearances before the High Court of Gujarat and other judicial forums. The selected candidate will work on a diverse range of matters spanning civil, criminal, constitutional, land, matrimonial, motor accident compensation, and labour law disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents
• Appear before the High Court of Gujarat and other forums

Eligibility & Preference:
• Proficiency in Gujarati is mandatory
• Candidates with one year or more of litigation experience will be preferred
• Strong legal research and drafting skills
• Interest in active litigation practice and court appearances
• Candidates who obtained their Sanad before 2019 are not eligible to apply
