About the Opportunity:
Ethikore Legal is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate. The firm is seeking advocates with 2–4 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) to join its litigation team. Depending on the firm’s requirements and the candidate’s profile, the selected candidate may work from Ethikore Legal’s office or be deployed on a client secondment in Delhi.

Practice Areas:
• Commercial Litigation
• Civil Litigation
• Insolvency & Bankruptcy
• Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
• Corporate Advisory (Limited)
Eligibility:
• Advocates with 2–4 years of PQE.
• Experience and/or appearances before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, DRT, and District Courts.
• Strong drafting skills, including pleadings, applications, replies, and written submissions.
• Familiarity with court and tribunal filing procedures.
• Sound understanding of corporate laws, arbitration, and the insolvency framework.
• Ability to independently handle matters under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Draft pleadings, applications, replies, and written submissions.
• Manage litigation matters from inception to conclusion.
• Coordinate with advocates and counsel across various judicial forums.
• Assist in insolvency, arbitration, and commercial dispute matters.
Compensation:
💰 Commensurate with experience and assignment.
