About the Opportunity:
The Chambers of Jai Anant Dehadrai (Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India) is inviting applications for a Litigation Associate. The chamber has a diverse practice spanning criminal defence, enforcement law (PMLA), constitutional litigation, and civil appellate matters across courts in India.
Position:
• Litigation Associate
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years post-enrolment
Location:
• Neeti Bagh, New Delhi
Work Profile:
• Handling litigation matters across Supreme Court, High Courts, and other forums
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and written submissions
• Assisting and appearing in trial matters including witness handling and oral arguments
• Working on criminal, constitutional, enforcement (PMLA), and appellate cases
• Legal research and case strategy development
Eligibility:
• LL.B with minimum 3 years litigation experience
• Real trial experience (witness examination, oral submissions, etc.)
• Strong drafting skills across litigation documents
• Familiarity with BNS, BNSS, and BSA
• High level of discipline, punctuality, and commitment
