About the Opportunity:
JSA is hiring a Legal / Contract Specialist for a Project Management Unit (PMU) role, to be deployed at a client’s office in Visakhapatnam.
This is a high-responsibility position ideal for professionals with strong experience in contracts, due diligence, and regulatory compliance, especially in infrastructure/project advisory work.

Experience Required:
• 8 years PQE
Practice Areas:
• Infrastructure & Public Projects
• Contracts & Commercial Advisory
• Legal Due Diligence
• Regulatory Compliance
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Conducting legal due diligence
• Managing regulatory compliance aspects
• Coordinating with stakeholders and client teams
• Supporting project advisory and execution
Deployment Details:
• Full-time at client’s office
• Initial term: 18 months
• Extendable up to 2 years (based on performance)
Expected Start Date:
📅 June 2026
Skills Required:
• Strong analytical and drafting abilities
• Contract negotiation and client management skills
• Experience in infrastructure/project advisory (preferred)
