• Position: Junior Associate (Legal Associate)

• Experience: 1–4 years PQE preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, NDAs, and agreements
• Conducting legal research on corporate and commercial matters
• Coordinating with external counsels and internal stakeholders
• Assisting in corporate advisory and compliance work
Candidate Requirements:
• LL.B / LL.M degree
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills
• Knowledge of Indian Corporate Law, Companies Act, and related statutes
• Prior experience in corporate/commercial law preferred
