Spice Route Legal is inviting applications from experienced lawyers to join its Financial Services Regulatory and Fintech practices. The opportunity involves working with leading banks, payment players, insurers, wealth managers, investment banks, and startups on complex matters involving product design, regulatory, commercial, data, cybersecurity, and AI-related legal issues.
Position Details:

Open Positions:
1. Band 3
• Experience: 2–3 years PQE in a comparable law firm
• Remuneration: ₹25–30 lakhs
- Fixed: ₹20–22 lakhs
- Variable: ₹4–8 lakhs
2. Band 4
• Experience: 3–4 years PQE in a comparable law firm
• Remuneration: ₹30–35 lakhs
- Fixed: ₹23–27 lakhs
- Variable: ₹5–8 lakhs
3. Senior Associate – Band 1
• Experience: At least 1 year as a Senior Associate in a comparable law firm
• Overall Experience: 4–6 years PQE
• Remuneration:
- Fixed: ₹28–32 lakhs
- Variable: ₹10–17 lakhs
Reporting:
• Line Manager: Ankita Hariramani
• Senior Associates will work with both the reporting partners.
