Job Description:
Sagus Legal is hiring lawyers for its growing Corporate Practice across New Delhi and Gurugram. The role offers exposure to general corporate advisory, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), private equity (PE) transactions, and project financing across sectors including energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, and technology.
Open Positions:
• New Delhi – 2 Positions (3–5 Years PQE)
• New Delhi – 2 Positions (6–8 Years PQE)
• Gurugram – 2 Positions (1–4 Years PQE)

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on corporate, M&A, private equity, and project financing matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including SHAs, SPAs, term sheets, facility agreements, and security documents
• Handle transactions from term sheet stage through closing
• Interact directly with clients and provide strategic legal advice
• Support transactions across energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, and technology sectors
Eligibility:
• 1–8 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE), depending on the role
• Strong drafting and negotiation experience in corporate transactions
• Ability to independently manage transactional work
• Strong client communication and analytical skills
