Eligibility:
• Minimum 1 year of litigation experience
• Strong drafting and legal research skills
• Familiarity with court filing procedures and court administration
• Excellent communication and legal writing abilities
• Discipline, initiative, and interest in litigation practice
Practice Areas:
• Commercial Litigation (Bombay High Court, Supreme Court, City Civil Court, RERA, NCLT and allied forums)
• Non-Litigation: Conveyancing & Advisory
