About the Opportunity:
The Fort Circle is expanding its Dispute Resolution team in Mumbai and is inviting applications from experienced litigators. The role offers exposure to a wide range of matters including commercial disputes, arbitration, intellectual property, real estate, and criminal litigation.
Position:
• Associate – Dispute Resolution
Location:
• Mumbai, Maharashtra
Experience Required:
• 3–4 years PQE (minimum 3 years preferred)
Work Profile:
• Handling civil and criminal litigation matters
• Appearing before courts and tribunals including Bombay High Court, City Civil & Sessions Court, NCLT, and other forums
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal submissions
• Conducting legal research and case strategy development
• Managing end-to-end litigation matters
Eligibility:
• Practical experience in both civil and criminal litigation
• Regular court appearance experience
• Strong drafting, research, and procedural law knowledge
