About the Opportunity:
Aneja & Aneja is hiring a Litigation Associate Advocate with solid courtroom experience. This is a full-cycle litigation role — from drafting to trial and dispute resolution.
Position:
• Associate Advocate (Litigation)
Location:
📍 South Delhi
Experience Required:
• 5–10 years PQE
Notice Period:
• 0–15 days (immediate joiners preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
• Case Management: Handling matters from filing to trial
• Legal Research: Building strong case strategies
• Client Interaction: Advising clients on risks & progress
• Drafting: Pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery documents
• Evidence Handling: Investigations, witness interviews
• Court Representation: Hearings, trials, ADR proceedings
• Negotiation: Settlements where beneficial
Skills Required:
• Strong courtroom advocacy
• Advanced drafting & research skills
• Ability to manage end-to-end litigation independently
• Client handling & negotiation skills
Salary:
