Job Description:
Applications are invited for the position of Trademark Paralegal for an Intellectual Property practice team.
The role is ideal for experienced IP professionals with hands-on exposure to trademark prosecution, docketing, statutory filings, procedural compliance, and trademark portfolio management.
This opportunity offers substantive involvement in end-to-end trademark prosecution support and IP practice operations.
Position:
• Trademark Paralegal
• Experience Required: 5–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing end-to-end support in trademark prosecution matters
• Tracking and managing prosecution deadlines and timelines
• Preparing and filing statutory and procedural documents
• Maintaining and updating trademark docketing systems
• Ensuring compliance with trademark office requirements and procedures
• Assisting in drafting responses to office actions
• Handling prosecution-related formalities and filings
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation systems
• Supporting reporting, audit, and portfolio management processes
Eligibility & Skills Required:
✔ 5–6 years of relevant trademark paralegal experience
✔ Strong understanding of trademark prosecution procedures
✔ Experience with docketing and IP portfolio management systems preferred
✔ Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
✔ Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
✔ High attention to detail and procedural accuracy preferred
✔ Ability to manage timelines and multiple prosecution matters efficiently
