Role: Research Assistant

Reporting To: Project Lead / Designated Supervisor
Scope of Work
• Research blogs, reports, articles, summaries, and surveys
• Literature reviews and desk-based research
• Qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis
• Social media and content writing support
• Campaign planning and execution
• Field surveys, community engagement, and stakeholder coordination
Eligibility
• Postgraduate qualification in MSW / Sociology / Journalism & Mass Communication / MA Development Studies / Law (Public Policy)
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in English and Hindi
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and social media tools
• Discipline, responsibility, and attention to detail
Compensation
• ₹25,000 per month
• TA/DA for approved field travel as per organisational norms
