Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing patent-related opinions and analytical notes
• Handling client queries and professional correspondence
• Reviewing forms, emails, and reporting letters prepared by paralegals
• Managing and monitoring filing and reporting deadlines
• Assisting with patentability review and IP-related analysis
• Supporting patent prosecution and related intellectual property assignments
• Coordinating on documentation and client communication matters
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Engineering
• Law degree or IP-related legal experience preferred
• Strong understanding of patentability, patent law, and intellectual property concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a professional team environment
• Prior experience in a similar role or within a law firm environment will be considered an advantage
