Key Responsibilities:
• Draft Writ Petitions before the Allahabad High Court.
• Prepare pleadings in criminal and civil matters.
• Draft Bail Applications, Affidavits, Counter Affidavits, and Rejoinders.
• Prepare miscellaneous applications and other High Court pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and ensure timely delivery of quality drafts.
Eligibility:
• Strong command over legal drafting.
• Prior experience in handling Allahabad High Court matters.
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain drafting quality.
