Required Knowledge:
• Negotiable Instruments Act
• Payment and Settlement Systems Act
• Arbitration and Conciliation Act
• Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) Matters
• SARFAESI Act
Key Skills:
• Strong understanding of banking and financial litigation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple legal matters effectively.
Preference:
• Candidates currently based in Mumbai will be given preference.
