The role involves handling trademark prosecution, IP litigation support, statutory compliance, legal drafting, and communication-related responsibilities in a professional IP practice environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing daily correspondences and professional communications
• Drafting and preparing documents for trademark prosecution and litigation
• Providing advisory support on intellectual property matters and statutory compliance
• Ensuring adherence to statutory timelines, filings, and procedural responses
• Handling miscellaneous legal and administrative responsibilities supporting firm operations
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. from a recognised institution
• LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law preferred
• 2–4 years of practical experience in trademark practice
• Familiarity with IP litigation and registry procedures preferred
• Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills required
