⚖️ Position: Legal Associate cum Legal Trainee
📍 Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
💼 Experience: 0–4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Draft pleadings, writ petitions, suits, appeals, legal opinions, agreements, contracts, notices, and other legal documents
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and other judicial or quasi-judicial authorities (depending on experience)
• Assist in litigation strategy and court proceedings
• Handle Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) matters
• Attend client meetings and legal consultations
• Maintain case files and ensure procedural compliance
• Conduct due diligence, document review, and legal compliance assignments
• Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ LL.B. from a recognised university
✔ Bar Council enrolment preferred for the Associate position (Fresh graduates awaiting enrolment may apply for the Trainee role)
✔ 0–4 years of experience in litigation, corporate advisory, or ADR
✔ Excellent command of English and Hindi
✔ Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
✔ Ability to independently draft pleadings, notices, agreements, contracts, and legal opinions
✔ Proficiency in MS Office, SCC Online, Manupatra, LexisNexis, and AI-assisted legal research tools
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling abilities
✔ Professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
✔ Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and travel when required
