• Experience: 1–3 Years
• Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized institution
• Enrollment: Must be enrolled with a State Bar Council
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including vendor, service, and partnership contracts.
• Manage the complete trademark lifecycle, including clearance searches, filings, prosecution, oppositions, and infringement matters.
• Provide practical legal advice on contract compliance, intellectual property strategy, and corporate legal matters.
• Support contract management and IP portfolio protection.
Eligibility:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
• 1–3 years of experience in contract drafting/review and trademark law.
• Enrollment with a State Bar Council is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Candidates based in Gurugram are preferred.
