About the Firm:
Lakdawala Advocates & Solicitors is inviting applications for the positions of Junior Advocate and Legal Intern.
The firm has a diverse litigation practice before the Bombay High Court, trial courts in Mumbai, tribunals, and various quasi-judicial authorities, offering substantive exposure to active litigation and procedural practice.

Role 01 | Junior Advocate
Eligibility Criteria:
• LL.B. degree from a recognised university
• Valid Sanad / Bar Council Registration in Maharashtra mandatory
• Freshers may apply if they possess a minimum of one year of internship experience
• Proficiency in computer usage, legal research, and basic drafting required
• Strong command over English preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in litigation matters before various courts and tribunals
• Drafting pleadings, applications, notices, and legal correspondence
• Conducting legal research and procedural work
• Supporting active courtroom and litigation assignments
Role 02 | Legal Intern
Eligibility Criteria:
• Students currently in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of an LL.B. course
• Basic proficiency in English and legal research required
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with legal research and drafting tasks
• Supporting litigation and case preparation work
• Assisting in procedural and documentation-related assignments
• Observing and supporting active litigation practice
Work Location & Office Details:
• This is an in-office role
• Associates may be placed at Fort, Churchgate, or Borivali West offices
• Interns will report either at Churchgate or Borivali
• Applicants residing along the Western Line of Mumbai are encouraged to apply
