Fam is hiring a Generalist – Legal to join its in-house legal team in Bengaluru. The role is ideal for professionals with experience in general corporate law, regulatory matters, and commercial contracts, who enjoy solving complex legal problems and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle general corporate, regulatory, and contractual matters
• Provide practical legal support across business functions
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Assist with legal and regulatory compliance
• Solve legal issues using a first-principles approach
Eligibility:
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate, regulatory, and contract law
• Prior experience at a law firm (Mandatory)
• Experience at an RBI-regulated entity will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills
