The organisation is looking for commercially aware, detail-oriented, and proactive legal professionals capable of handling complex real estate financing transactions, title diligence, transaction structuring, financing documentation, and regulatory advisory work.

• Mid-Senior Legal Professional (5–7 Years’ Experience)
• Associate / Junior Legal Professional (1–3 Years’ Experience)

Role 01 | Mid-Senior Legal Professional
Experience Required:
• 5–7 Years
Key Responsibilities & Expertise Required:
• Property title diligence and legal risk assessment
• Structuring and documentation for real estate financing transactions
• Strong understanding of RERA laws and regulatory framework
• Experience in real estate construction financing and security structures
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating:
• Transaction documents
• Security documents
• Financing agreements
• Working closely with business teams, credit teams, and external counsel on complex financing mandates
Role 02 | Associate / Junior Legal Professional
Experience Required:
• 1–3 Years
Preferred Exposure & Responsibilities:
• Property title diligence
• Real estate transaction documentation
• Understanding of RERA and real estate laws
• Exposure to real estate / construction financing matters
• Strong analytical, drafting, and research skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced transactional environment
