Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India is inviting applications for Associate and Senior Associate positions in its Tax Practice. This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals with prior experience in tax advisory, tax litigation, and domestic and international taxation who are looking to work on complex and high-impact tax matters.

• Position: Senior Associate / Associate – Tax Practice

• Senior Associate – 4–5 Years PQE
• Associate – 2–3 Years PQE
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on corporate tax matters.
• Handle litigation before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunals, High Courts, and the Supreme Court.
• Work on domestic and international taxation matters.
• Assist in allied matters, including Benami law and Enforcement Directorate (ED) matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft opinions, submissions, and pleadings.
• Collaborate with the firm’s tax team on complex advisory and litigation assignments.
Eligibility:
• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience, depending on the role.
• Experience in corporate tax advisory, tax litigation, and domestic/international taxation.
• Prior experience at a reputed law firm is preferred.
• Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
