Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting on corporate and commercial advisory matters
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and transactional documents
• Supporting cross-border transactions and advisory assignments
• Conducting legal research and due diligence exercises
• Coordinating with clients and internal teams on transactional mandates
• Assisting across sector-specific commercial and regulatory matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• 0–4 years PQE depending on the role applied for
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills required
• Interest in corporate transactions and commercial advisory preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and responsibility-driven environment
• Candidates seeking substantive transactional exposure and long-term growth in corporate practice will be preferred
