About the Opportunity:
Accio Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate to join its corporate transactions practice. This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to work on multiple high-value corporate transactions, particularly in investment deals and ESOPs.
The role is suited for candidates who have a strong foundation in corporate law and are keen to gain hands-on experience in transactional work within a fast-paced and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Working on multiple corporate transactions, including investment deals and ESOP structures
• Assisting in drafting and reviewing transactional documents
• Analysing transaction structures and understanding deal dynamics
• Supporting ongoing corporate legal work and client requirements
Eligibility:
• Basic understanding of corporate law is essential
• Interest in corporate transactions and deal work
• Strong analytical and drafting skills
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility in a remote work environment
Note:
• Candidates will be assessed on their understanding of investment transactions
• This is a 100% remote role; however, professionalism and accountability are expected
