Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting human resource and people management functions of the institution
• Assisting in organisational culture and employee engagement initiatives
• Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and administrative HR processes
• Assisting in implementation of institutional policies and people-related strategies
• Supporting internal communication, workforce management, and organisational development initiatives
Eligibility & Preference:
• Candidates with experience or interest in human resources and organisational management
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work within structured institutional systems and collaborative environments
• Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively
• Candidates interested in academic and institutional administration will be preferred
