GyFTR is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Manager – Legal at its South Delhi office. The role is ideal for legal professionals with experience in legal drafting, contracts, and compliance, preferably in the FinTech, E-commerce, or Start-up sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and finalize complex legal agreements and contracts with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align business requirements with legal documentation.
• Draft petitions, notices, affidavits, contracts, and other legal instruments.
• Conduct legal research on BNS, BNSS, BSA, CPC, Company Law, and Constitutional Law.
• Participate in stakeholder discussions to negotiate and finalize contractual clauses.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements applicable to FinTech, E-commerce, Start-ups, and payment gateways.
Eligibility:
• LL.B./LL.M. with 4+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong legal drafting and documentation skills.
• Experience in contracts and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in FinTech, E-commerce, or Start-ups is preferred.
