
Job Description:
Applications are invited for the position of Assistant Manager – Contracts & IPR for professionals experienced in commercial contract drafting, negotiation, contract lifecycle management, and intellectual property-related work.
The role involves supporting end-to-end contract lifecycle processes, ensuring legal compliance, managing business contracts, and assisting with intellectual property rights protection and tracking within a corporate legal environment.
Preference may be given to female candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalising commercial contracts including:
• NDAs
• Supply Agreements
• Licensing Agreements
• Service Agreements
• Marketing Agreements
• Technology Agreements
• Amendments and ancillary documentation
• Managing contract lifecycle management tools and related activities
• Maintaining contract repositories and ensuring compliance with internal policies and audit requirements
• Preparing status reports, trackers, and MIS relating to contracts and IPR matters
• Acting as a legal business partner for internal stakeholders across departments including Procurement, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
• Preparing and maintaining IPR trackers relating to trademarks, patents, and related matters
• Conducting trademark and copyright searches
Eligibility & Preference:
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in contracts and legal advisory work preferred
• Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills required
• Knowledge of contract management tools preferred
• Ability to independently coordinate with multiple business functions
• Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills essential
• Understanding of business operations and organisational strategy preferred
