The event serves as a platform for participants across the country to engage in dialogue and discussion and in turn facilitate democratic and free expression of ideas. Through the colors of the rainbow, it seeks to signify a diverse representation of ideas, knowledge and wisdom that transcends any preconceptions and through the vibrant hues it aims to translate cultural events into delightful metaphors.
