Inviting students, legal professionals, academicians, and industry stakeholders to submit original & unpublished research papers under the following themes:
Evolution of Debt Recovery Laws in India
Corporate Insolvency & Liquidation Process
Cross-Border Insolvency
Personal Insolvency & Guarantor Liabilities
Banking & Financial Institution Insolvency
Corporate Governance in Insolvency Laws
Refer to the official document for sub-themes (suggestive, not exhaustive).
Co-authorship allowed (up to 2 authors).
 Submission Guidelines
Abstract: 300-400 words (with up to 5 keywords).
Word Limit: 3000-5000 words (inclusive of footnotes).
Format:
Font: Times New Roman (12 for main text, 10 for footnotes).
Spacing: 1.5 for main text, 1 for footnotes.
Alignment: Justified.
Citation Style: ILI Mode of Citation.
Submit abstract in MS Word format

Students/Researchers: ₹1500
Academicians, Legal Professionals & Industry Stakeholders: ₹3000
(For co-authorship, each author is charged separately.)
Registration & Payment ONLY after selection of abstracts.
Selected authors will receive a Google Form for registration via email.

Top 5 submissions receive a Certificate of Merit
