
About the Journal:
The NLU Tripura Journal of Law and Policy (NLUT-JLP) is a peer-reviewed academic journal inviting original and unpublished manuscripts from scholars, academicians, professionals, and students across diverse areas of law and policy.
This is a strong opportunity for contributors to publish in a credible academic platform while engaging with contemporary legal issues.

Submission Guidelines (Key Points):
• Submissions must be made via email to: multitjlp@nlutripura.ac.in
• Abstract: Maximum 300 words (with up to 6 keywords)
• A covering letter must include author details and institutional affiliation
• Authors must declare originality and confirm the work is not published/submitted elsewhere
• Manuscripts must be formatted in MS Word (Times New Roman, Font Size 12; Footnotes Size 10)
• Line spacing: 1.5 (main text) and 1 (footnotes)
• Plagiarised or AI-generated content will be rejected
Categories & Word Limits:
• Articles: 8,000 – 10,000 words
• Case Comments: ~3,000 words
• Legislative Reviews: 2,000 – 3,000 words
• Book Reviews: 2,000 – 3,000 words
(Word limits exclusive of footnotes)
Deadline:
• Submissions will be considered on a rolling basis
• Submissions received on or before 31 May 2026 will be considered for Volume II, Issue II
Important Notes:
• Final decision on publication rests with the Editorial Board
• The Board reserves the right to reject submissions at any stage
• Ensure strict compliance with submission guidelines to avoid desk rejection
