Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Law University, Sonepat, in collaboration with National Law University, Delhi; Dr. Rajendra Prasad National Law University, Prayagraj; Central University of Haryana; Law Centre-II, University of Delhi; and the Department of Law, Panjab University, Chandigarh, is organising a National Conference on the theme “50 Years of Constitutional Dissent: Revisiting the Legacy of Justice H.R. Khanna.”
The conference commemorates 50 years of the constitutional significance of Justice H.R. Khanna’s historic dissenting judgment and aims to facilitate academic discussions on constitutionalism, the Rule of Law, judicial independence, civil liberties, and democratic values.
