The Arbitration and Conciliation Council, WICCI is inviting papers for paper presentation for the Conference on “Arbitration Horizons: Navigating the Future of Dispute Resolution” to be held on 18th February 2024(Sunday).
ABOUT ARBITRATION AND CONCILIATION COUNCIL, WICCI-
The Arbitration and Conciliation council is an initiative under Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industries. The council is constituted for empowerment of women and reduction of cases in Court of law throughout India. Aim of the council is to promote ADR in Pan India and provides tailored and customer centric solution for dispute.
The council is supported by massive global and influential women’s network viz., G100, All Ladies League (ALL), Women Economic Forum (WEF), and SHEconomy.
ABOUT CONFERENCE-
The Arbitration and Conciliation council, WICCI, conference aims to provide a platform to various students, professionals and academicians to present their innovative ideas and analytical paper in front of the panel.
The conference will be held on 18th February 2024 from 11am-4pm in offline mode at The Indian Society of International Law, V.K. Krishna Menon Bhawan 9, Bhagwan Das Rd, New Delhi, Delhi 110001.
ELIGIBILITY-
•Students pursuing LLB, B.A.LL.B, LLM, M. Phil, PhD (or any other equivalent degree) from any recognised university, professionals and academicians.
•Co-authorship is permissible up to maximum of 2 authors.

The registration fees shall be paid at the time of submission through Paytm @ +91 93107 06027 which is-
INR 150 for single author
INR 200 for co-author
IMPORTANT DATES-
•Date of Submission of Abstract: 1st February 2024
•Submission of full paper: 10th February 2024
•Review and Selection of papers by: 16th February 2024
• Paper Presentation in front of panel: 18th February 2024.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES-
Paper shall adhere to the following guidelines-
•Manuscript must be in font size 12 in Times New Roman, with line spacing 1.5, and automatic spacing between paragraphs, aligned justified.
•The abstract should be between 200-250 words and shall describe the idea, structure and the conclusion of the submission.
•The word limit of the paper should not exceed 4000 words. (exclusive of footnotes and abstract)
•Submission shall be an original work of the author. The council has zero tolerance policy towards plagiarism.

PRIZES-
5 best papers will be selected for the paper presentation.
Prizes are as followed-
• Winner: INR 3000
• 1st Runner up: INR 2000
• 2nd Runner up: INR 1000
• Conciliation prize: INR 500
Participation certificate will be provided to all the participants.
