About the Call:
The Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC) invites original and unpublished articles for the August 2026 Edition of its Monthly Newsletter. NPAC seeks to publish two high-quality articles that contribute to the evolving discourse on arbitration law and practice.
Established by the Palkhivala Foundation, NPAC is a leading non-profit institution dedicated to promoting institutional arbitration in India through arbitration services, publications, conferences, training programmes, internships, and thought leadership initiatives.
