Key Responsibilities:
• Handle trademark, copyright, and design-related matters
• Assist in IP prosecution and enforcement actions
• Draft legal notices, pleadings, agreements, and opinions
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Represent and assist in litigation matters before relevant forums
• Manage client communications and case documentation
• Support dispute resolution and litigation strategy
Eligibility & Preference:
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
• Experience in Intellectual Property and/or Litigation matters preferred
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and advocacy abilities
• Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively
• Passion for IP law and dispute resolution
