• Experience Required: 0–2 Years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)

• Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

• Litigation and Advisory Work before courts, tribunals, commissions, and other forums across India
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Assist in drafting pleadings, applications, and legal documents
• Support litigation and dispute resolution matters
• Participate in advisory work across multiple practice areas
• Assist with case preparation and appearances across various forums
Eligibility & Preference:
• 0–2 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Interest in litigation and dispute resolution
• Willingness to travel as required
