About the Role
PPS is currently inviting applications for a legal position based in Mumbai. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent law graduate or a lawyer with up to one year of experience to be part of a dynamic in-house legal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing 138+ legal matters including notices, evidence coordination, filings, and court representation
- Drafting and vetting legal documents: Indemnities, Affidavits, NOCs, Authorisations, etc.
- Monitoring regulatory developments (D&C, LM, FSSAI, Consumer Protection, etc.) and communicating implications to the business
- Maintaining a comprehensive litigation tracker
- Liaising with both internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Regulatory teams) and external partners (law firms, ex-employees, clients)

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Law degree from a reputed institution
- Experience: 0–1 year; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and work collaboratively
- Willingness to take initiative and ownership in a corporate legal setting
