Eligibility & Areas of Experience:
Candidates with practical experience or knowledge in the following areas are encouraged to apply:
• Companies Act.
• SEBI laws and regulations.
• FEMA.
• Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
• NCLT matters.
• Listed company compliances.
• Corporate and commercial law.
• Company secretarial and regulatory compliance matters.
Key Skills:
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Practical understanding of corporate laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to handle corporate and compliance-related assignments.
• Attention to detail and strong drafting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a professional legal environment.
