The firm is looking for experienced lawyers with a strong background in corporate and commercial laws, contract drafting and negotiation, legal advisory, regulatory compliance, due diligence, corporate transactions, and general corporate matters.

Eligibility & Skills:
Candidates should have:
• 5+ years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of general corporate matters and legal advisory.
• Experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and due diligence.
• Exposure to corporate transactions.
• Strong legal drafting and research skills.
• Good commercial understanding and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently handle corporate advisory and transactional assignments.
